Electric
Avenue

Grants Pass’ social arcade.

A planned social arcade and entertainment venue — classic and modern games, pinball, karaoke, approachable food and drinks, and a calendar of tournaments and community events. Built for grown-ups, welcoming to all.

01More Than an Arcade

The arcade you remember — rebuilt for grown-ups.

Electric Avenue is a planned social arcade and entertainment venue coming to Grants Pass, Oregon. We’re taking the glow, the noise, and the high-score rivalries of the arcade you grew up in — and pairing them with good food, a full bar, and room to actually hang out.

It’s a place to play, eat, drink, compete, and connect under one roof — designed for adults, with dedicated all-ages hours so the next generation can learn the classics too.

A new gathering place for the Rogue Valley.

02The Experience

Four ways to play, one roof.

Concept
Connect

Community & Events

A genuine third place for Grants Pass, not home, not work — birthday parties, club meetups, community nights and local fundraisers, and local art on the walls. A room where neighbors actually meet.

03Built for Grants Pass

A home base for Grants Pass.

Grants Pass deserves a room built for showing up — not just home and work, but somewhere in between. Electric Avenue is being designed as a true third place: a gathering spot where neighbors meet, friends compete, and the Rogue Valley has somewhere to go after dark.

We’re planning to source locally where we can — Oregon craft beer and cider, regional ingredients on the menu, and local art on the walls — and to host the clubs, meetups, and community nights that make Grants Pass feel alive.

The person behind it

Niles Christodoulidis — Founder

Niles Christodoulidis is an entrepreneur and operator with more than two decades of experience spanning multi-unit restaurant operations and development, finance, manufacturing and business development. Electric Avenue combines that operating experience with a simple idea: build the kind of social gathering place Grants Pass has room for.

“I’m building the place I wish Grants Pass already had — somewhere to play a few games, grab a good bite and a local beer, and run into people you know. An arcade that grew up, without growing boring.”

Electric Avenue is a local, independent project — conceived and led right here in the Rogue Valley. If you’d like to partner, host an event, or just share an idea, the door’s open.
